Microsoft — Senior Product Designer / Product Lead of Copilot Podcast
- Copilot Podcast: Initiated and led the project from 0 to 1, bringing podcast capabilities into Microsoft Copilot. Managed a cross-functional team of 1 PM, 3 engineers, and external contributors, owning product roadmap, feature prioritization, and sprint planning, reporting directly to Copilot CVP.
- Lead full-cycle product design for Microsoft's content ecosystem, spanning B2B and B2C from content onboarding to distribution, driving both user experience and platform revenue through design:
- Copilot Content Experience Design: Lead content design within Microsoft's AI product Copilot, covering news, finance, sports, and more. Explore how AI can improve content engagement and satisfaction while enriching the user experience.
- Bing & MSN News Product Design: Own core features of Bing News and MSN Feeds, including trending searches and breaking news; launched AI-driven innovations such as News Digest, significantly boosting user experience and platform revenue, helping the product surpass competitors globally.
- Partner Ecosystem B2B Platform: Design content distribution and management platforms, as well as AI content creation tools, for 3,000+ mid-to-large content partners globally. Content supply covers all Microsoft consumer products (Windows, Copilot, Edge, MSN, Bing).

- Sole product and design owner — drove product ideation, feature definition, UX design, and front-end development (React), delivering a pixel-perfect trading app from concept to production.
- Built every screen end-to-end: defined all product features, designed the full user experience, and implemented the entire front end — demonstrating full-stack product-design-engineering capability.
Ant International — UX Designer
- Participated in Alipay+ global payment network design, covering user-side (mobile and desktop payment experience) and institutional-side (merchant onboarding website, help platform, developer integration flow, documentation center, and developer portal) full-cycle experience design.
- Led payment experience design for Alipay users on Apple App Store, including payment method enrollment flow and the Alipay "Apple Zone" experience. Apple Zone provides Apple users with membership benefits, billing management, and other features to enhance brand affinity and user retention.
- Led Ant Group's first Figma procurement and adoption plan, driving compliance, data security, and procurement process improvements for overseas SaaS tools, and managing Figma account and usage standards at the group level.
